Acquisitions and collaborations
In June 2024, we acquired the business unit of the company Vettore Srl, which specializes in the construction of dosing machines. This acquisition allowed us to expand our offer and enrich our portfolio with new solutions for the food sector, further consolidating our ability to respond to the needs of an ever-changing market.
Our attention to detail does not stop at design: we collaborate with Innova Srl, our technology partner, to integrate advanced robotics and industrial automation solutions so that every plant is always up to date with the latest technological innovations.
